Our Shipping Policy

Australian Product Delivery
Upon successful payment of your product(s) Melbourne Audiology Centre will despatch your order within 3 business days pending availability or outstanding product conditions.

Melbourne Audiology Centre uses Australia Post to deliver your order within Australia and estimates that your order will be delivered within 10 working days. We use Express Post to send your order and require a signature on delivery for better tracking of your order. For more specific delivery terms please refer to Australia Post.

Please note that for custom earplugs, orders will be delivered within 15 business days following the date on which your ear impressions are taken. Should you want your custom earplugs quicker, we offer a VIP service. Please ask the audiologist during your ear impression appointment about the costs of the VIP service.

Melbourne Audiology Centre does not currently deliver to locations outside of Australia.
