We screen all clients prior to their appointment. When confirming appointments, we ask clients whether they are experiencing any flu-like symptoms such as fever and cough, shortness of breath or sore throat. We also ask if they have come back from overseas in tthe last 14 days or been in contact with anyone who has been overseas. We reschedule appointments if they anyone replies yes to these questions. We also allow at least 14 days until after their symptoms have resolved before rebooking them.
