Striving for Better Hearing Care for All
At MAC, we offer a wide range of hearing care options for people with different hearing needs. We provide our dedicated care to residents throughout Melbourne and have been doing so since 2001. Whether patients are interested in the latest in hearing aid technology or need assistance with cerumen removal, our standard of care stays at the highest level.
Our knowledgeable, experienced, and friendly audiologists support GPs and medical professionals in a number of ways. By hosting workshops, sharing information and insights, and providing in-depth detail about modern hearing aids and other technologies such as Assistive Listening Devices (ALDs), our aim is to support you just as much as we do our patients.
Practice Visits & Workshops by MAC
Many conditions, such as hearing loss, tinnitus, and central auditory processing disorder (CAPD), are often first observed in general practice. As a result, we offer our hearing workshops as a convenient solution for GPs.
These practice visits aim to provide you with information and insights related to hearing conditions so you can best assist your patients. They cover topics such as how to discuss the patient’s ability to engage in conversations in noisy and complex environments, among other relevant subjects and talking points.
We also simplify the available options for patients who are covered by HSP (Hearing Services Program), WorkCover, the NDIS, or those who are self-funding their treatments. If interested, you can request a presentation from our audiologist or host them at your practice’s clinical meeting.

We Cover a Range of Topics
Modern Hearing Aids
Advances in modern hearing aids have led to better sound quality and better detection of soft speech, among other benefits. They also now offer connectivity, allowing users to connect them to other devices, and come in smaller sizes for added comfort.
Assistive Listening Devices (ALDs)
Our dedicated experience room allows clients to explore and experience the user-friendly features of various ALDs, such as TV streaming devices, partner microphones, wireless TV headphones, and remote controls for hearing aids.
Hearing Conditions
We cover many hearing conditions, including tinnitus, rapid cognitive decline/dementia, hearing loss, ear protection, ear wax removal, cognitive auditory processing disorder, and more.

We offer quality care such as audiometry, aural rehabilitation services, and hearing aid fittings for all— children aged as young as 5, all the way through to senior citizens.
We’re Hearing Specialists
Hearing impairment is a hidden disability that passers-by and even friends or family may not notice— but we do.
Locations Across Melbourne
As well as our location at Fitzroy, we also have clinics in Sunshine, Werribee, Thomastown, Dandenong, Templestowe, Moorabbin, and Burnside Heights.
We’re Independent
As we are privately owned, we offer the latest hearing device solutions from a wide range of leading hearing aid manufacturers rather than being bound to one brand.
