With the recent developments about Coronavirus (COVID-19) we are implementing extra precautions.
We appreciate your understanding of and cooperation with these measures for the health and safety of all our clients and staff. We apologise for any inconvenience in advance.
What we are doing
We have always followed strict hygiene protocols to help prevent the spread of infection to clients and staff. We have now implemented more measures. At all clinics, our infection control protocols include:
- Hand sanitiser for clients use when entering and leaving the clinic
- Hand hygiene for all staff
- Rigorous, frequent and thorough cleaning and disinfection of all high contact areas
- Clinical room cleaning of contact surfaces after each client
- Use of surgical masks and other protective equipment
We screen all clients prior to their appointment. When confirming appointments, we ask clients whether they are experiencing any flu-like symptoms such as fever and cough, shortness of breath or sore throat. If they are, we reschedule appointments allowing at least 14 days until after their symptoms have resolved.
